Nufree tip of the week.

No need to pre prep the area.......prior to a Nufree procedure.
Nufree needs the natural oils on the hair shaft in order to adhere. If you remove the oils, Nufree may not stick as well to the hair!
If the client is shiny. (meaning they could be perspiring) Simply blot the area with a clean towel or use a Nufree strip to blot.

NUFREE INFO OF THE WEEK

1. Always use the applicators at a 90 degree angle. This will allow Nufree to be applied as thinly as possible.

2. Always use the scraper bar in the center of the heater to keep your heater clean.
If you scrap on the side of the heater, it can get gunky. Use Nufree Erasing Lotion to wipe up spills.

3. Nufree kills germs at low temperatures! Keeping your clients safe!

Duck Hepatitis B Virus (Surrogate for Human Hepatitis B virus)

Equibal’s final report entitled “Virucidal Efficacy Hard-Surface Test Duck Hepatitis B Virus (Surrogate for Human Hepatitis B virus)”, MicroBioTest project 863-102. This report contains Quality Assurance and Compliance Statements that are your assurance that the raw data is accurately reflected in the final report and that the test was conducted under the Good Laboratory Practice regulations as published in the Federal Register.

CONCLUSIONS
According to the regulatory agency, the test agent passes the Virucidal Efficacy Test if there is complete inactivation of the challenge virus at all dilutions. When cytoxicity is evident, at least a three-log10 reduction in titer must be demonstrated beyond the cytotoxic level.

When tested as described, Stainless Steel Applicator Cleaner passed the Efficacy Test when Duck Hepatitis B Virus (Surrogate for Human Hepatitis B virus), containing at 100% organic load, was exposed to the test agent for 10 minutes at 55˚C. All of the controls met the criteria for a valid test.  These conclusions are based on observed data.
